DiRisio Builders’ commitment to excellence in quality, service and integrity is backed by a solid 10-year Transferable Limited Warranty, which we offer through Professional Warranty Service Corporation. It is only available through builders who have met the demanding screening criteria established by its underwriters. The following is a brief summary of the Limited Warranty:
Your new home will be free from defects in warranted materials and workmanship.
Your home will be free from defects in certain electrical, plumbing and mechanical distribution systems.
Your home will be free from qualified structural defects.
Throughout the first year, we are just a phone call or e-mail away if you have any questions or emergencies. In addition, our commitment to each homeowner's continued satisfaction includes 30-day and 11-month follow-up visits to address any service requests that require attention.
